Perused the copy of the F.I.R. Considered the materials placed by learned counsels f
or the parties.
The petitioners are parents and elder brother of the principal accused Sanat Saha, a
gainst whom offence under Section 376, I.P.C. is alleged. So far as the present petitioners a
re concerned, there is no substantive allegation under Section 376, I.P.C. against them.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioners and nature of allegation, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall b
e released on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and c
onditions as deemed just and proper, in connection with Karanjia P.S. Case No.33 of 2017 corre
sponding to G.R. Case No.102 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Karanjia.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
