 This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the co-accused persons simila
rly circumstanced with the petitioner, have already been released on bail in the meantime and
the petitioners bail application be expeditiously disposed of on the same day, on her surrende
ring before the learned courts below.

 Taking into consideration such submission, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the
observation that, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Ta
lcher in Kaniha P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 388 of 2016 within 7
(seven) days from the date of reopening of the Court after the ensuring Summer Vacation. In th
e event of her surrender and motion for bail, her application for bail shall be disposed of on
 merit in accordance with law in the first hour. In the event of rejection of prayer for bail,
 the petitioner is at liberty to move the higher forum in the second hour on the same day. If
such application is filed in the higher forum on the same day, the same shall be disposed on t
he same day. The Case Diary be made available to the courts below to facilitate disposal of th
e bail application.

 The ground of parity, if canvassed by the petitioner, shall be taken into cons
ideration by the courts below.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
