This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipa tory bail to the petitioners in connection with Kundei P.S. Case No.13 of 2017 corresponding t o G.R. Act and section 27 of the Arms Act and section 132 of R.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction from the I.I.C., Kundei Police St ation dated 10.04.2017 submits that all the petitioners except the petitioners nos. 8 and 14, appeared before the investigating officer as per the order dated 28.03.2017. Accordingly, the bail application of petitioner no. 8 Sarban Gond and petition er no.14 Deba Karan stands rejected.

In view of such submissions made by the learned counsels for the respective pa rties and on perusal of the materials available on record, I am inclined to release the petiti oners nos. 1 to 7 and 9 to 13 on bail and accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners nos. 1 to 7 and 9 to 13 in connection with the aforesaid case, they

shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each wi th two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with further conditions that they shall not directly or indirectly make any induceme nt, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade hi m from disclosing any facts to the Courts or to the investigating Officer.
