Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap, the represen
tation could not be filed within the time limit given by this Court.
Ms. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer for ext
ension of time.
Considering the submissions made and grounds taken in this misc. case, this Court gran
ts further three weeks time from today to the petitioner to file representation as has been di
rected in order dated 3.2.2016 before the opposite party.
