d Standing Counsel for the Transport Department.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite pa
rties to pay arrear dues towards pending regular salary, gratuity, unutilized leave salary and
differential amount out of sanction of Revised Scale of Pay, 1998 with effect from 1.1.1996 t
o 30.11.2009 and further to consider his representation dated 27.11.2015 under Annexure-2.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting
all his grievances, though the petitioner has filed a representation on 27.11.2015 under Anne
xure-2 before opposite party no.1, but till date, nothing has been done in the matter. Accordi
ngly, he prays that a direction may be given to opposite party no.1 to dispose of the represen
tation dated 27.11.2015 under Annexure-2 within a stipulated time.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite party no.1 to dispose of the representation dated 27.11.2
015 filed by the petitioner under Annexure-2 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with la
w within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
This Court further directs the petitioner to submit a copy of Annexure-2 while submitting cer
tified copy of this order before opposite party no.1 in order to expedite disposal of the repr
esentation.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
