2.2.2016 Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Patra, learned Additional
Standing Counsel for the State.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the opposite pa
rties to pay compensation amount immediately and further to dispose of the representation file
d by her under Annexure-3.
During course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that h
ighlighting all her grievances, though the petitioner has filed a representation on 6.5.2015 u
nder Annexure-3 before opposite party no.2, but till date, nothing has been done in the matter
. Accordingly, he prays that a direction may be given to opposite party no.2 to dispose of the
representation dated 6.5.2015 under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite party no.2 to dispose of the representation dated 6.5.201
5 filed by the petitioner under Annexure-3 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law
within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. T
his Court further directs the petitioner to submit a copy of Annexure-3 while submitting certi
fied copy of this order before opposite party no.2 in order to expedite disposal of the repres
entation.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
