Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is alleged that even though the Revision Petition annexed as Annexure-1 was file d in the year 2010 but the same has not been admitted even as on date.

Without entering into the controversy, this matter stands disposed of with directio
n to the Member, Board of Revenue to proceed for admission of the R.P.Case No.412/2010 within
a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order provided that there is no d
efect in the Revision Petition.
