Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is alleged that the application of the petitioner for demarcation of the dispute
d property has not been entertained by the Tahasildar, Tangi.
Considering the limited request involved in the matter and after looking to the app
lication in the above regard under Annexure-3, the writ petition stands disposed of with direc
tion to the Tahasildar, Tangi to take up the application under Annexure-3 and pass appropriate
order within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. The petitio
ner is directed to serve a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition on the Taha
sildar within seven days from today.
