Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that hearing in the Bebando
basta Case No.1038/1984 was concluded in January, 2013 and written note of submission, as dire
cted, was also submitted since 27.2.2013 but as on date, the judgment/final order has not been
pronounced in the said case.
Considering the limited grievance involved in the matter, this writ petition stands
disposed of with direction that in the event the present Tahasildar, Chandbali heard the matt
er and concluded for judgment, then the judgment/order may be pronounced within a period of on
e month from the date of communication of this order.
It is made clear that in the event, the matter was not heard and concluded by the p
resent Tahasildar, then necessary steps should be taken for hearing of the proceeding and the
matter will be concluded within six months hereinafter.
