Having considered the rival contentions of the parties and looking to the grievance of the pet
itioners made in this petition, this matter stands disposed of with a direction to the compete
nt authority to work out the direction contained in the order dated 6.1.2007 passed in Revisio
n Case No.4459/05 under Annexure-1 to this petition within a period of one & half month from t
he date of communication of this order, if there is no other legal impediments otherwise.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioners are directed to serve ce
rtified copy of this order before the competent authority within a period of seven days from t
oday for his/her proceeding in the matter.
Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
