Heard Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 3 to 5.
Perused the records. It appears that the petitioner seeks for a direction to the oppo
site parties to issue Transfer Certificate and hand over the original certificates to him such
as H.S.C., +2 Board Certificate, Graduation Certificate and Mark sheets of all the three exam
ination forthwith.
Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 3 to 5 states that though the p
etitioner admitted in the institution, he has left the course in the midway and when he sought
for return of the documents, he has been called upon to pay the legitimate dues of the instit
ution. It is stated that due to non-payment of the dues, the certificates of the petitioner ha
ve not been handed over to him.
Since none is there to prosecute the matter, the writ application stands dismissed fo
r non-prosecution.
