by the State Government, therefore this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this applicati
on.

and Others, 95 (2003) CLT 724 and since it is a year old matter, this writ application be tran
sferred to the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack for adjudication.
