06. 11.05.2016 This writ petition has been filed by one A.Vira Kumara claimin
g himself to be a representative of some BVSR-Raghava (JV).
On query from the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is stated that BVSR-R
aghava (JV) is a Private Limited Company. It has not been stated in the body of the petition a
s to whether the same is a Private Limited Company or what is the status of the said Firm or C
ompany which is the contractor. The grievance is that some penalty has been imposed on the con
tractor- BVSR-Raghava (JV), the said Company or the Contractor is not before us. A mere repres
entative filing the writ petition challenging an order passed against the Company or the Contr
actor would not be maintainable. The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, dismissal of
the same would not come in the way of the Contractor, which may be a Company or a Firm, in app
roaching this Court for redressal of its grievance.
