de in the application is justified. The name of the counsel for opposite party-Bank has been w
rongly recorded in the order dated 10.05.2016 as Mr. Tuna Sahoo in place of Mr. G.D. Kar.
Accordingly, the name of Mr. Tuna Sahoo mentioned in the second line of first paragra
ph of the order dated 10.05.2016 be deleted and replaced by name of Mr. G.D. Kar.
Corrections be carried out by the office accordingly.
