11.05.2016 This is a petition filed in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation challenging an
order of allotment of land made in the year 2003 in favour of the grandfather of opposite part
y no. 5. The writ petition has been filed after more than 16 years for cancellation of allotme
nt of some land, which could have been challenged U/s. 12 of O.P.L.E. Act, 1972 and not in the
nature of a Public Interest Litigation.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
