4.2.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel f
or the School & Mass Education Department.

 By means of this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the op
posite parties to approve his appointment as 3rd Peon of the School as per the Government Yard
stick and release Grant-in-Aid in his favour as per the entitlement.

 During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be g
ranted to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party no.2 highlighting all
his grievances. Accordingly, he prays that a direction may be given to opposite party no.2 to
dispose of the said representation within a stipulated time.

 Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite
party no.2 highlighting all his grievances within two weeks. In the event, such representation
 is filed before opposite party no.2, opposite party no.2 shall do well to dispose of the same
 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the dat
e of receipt of such representation along with a certified copy of this order. The writ appli
cation is accordingly disposed of.
