In view of the same the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is grant
ed to the petitioner to file revision along with an application for condonation of delay befor
e the Joint Commissioner Settlement Balasore. In the event the revision along with an applicat
ion for condonation of delay is filed within a period of fifteen days from today the Joint Com
missioner Settlement Balasore shall do well to consider the application for condonation of del
ay liberally and hear the revision.
