Heard Mr. P.K. Pattnayak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This is an application for restoration of the writ petition.
This Court vide order dated 06.01.2016 directed the petitioner to file requisites for is
suance of notice to opposite party nos. 3, 5, and 6 by registered post with A.D. and receipt s
howing service of extra copies of the writ petition on learned Standing Counsel for School and
Mass Education Department, appearing for opposite party nos. 1, 2, 4 and 7 by 08.01.2016, fai
ling which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to Bench. Therefore, the
order having not been complied with, the writ petition was dismissed on 24.02.2016.
Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds
stated in this application, the writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No. 22116 of 2015 is restored to
file.
CMAPL is accordingly disposed of.
