Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the School in question
has been taken over by the Government.
Mr. A.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department s
ubmits that since the School in question has been taken over by the Government, this Court has
no jurisdiction to entertain this application.
In view of the above, this Court directs the Registry for transferring the matter to S
tate Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack for doing needful.
