The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to reinstate her in servic
e with full back wages and other consequential service benefits.
Ms.S.Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since it is an year-old ca
se of the year 1998, she has no instruction at this point of time. In any case, if any cause o
f action survives, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum
ventilating her grievances.
Mr.A.K.Pandey, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department an
d Mr.B.Jena, learned counsel for opposite party no.4 has no objection to such request made by
the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the submission made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cas
e, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to ventilate her gr
ievance before the appropriate authority, if any cause of action still survives.
