 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate

 The petitioner, who is working as a part time teacher in Kasturaba Gandhi Bali
ka Vidyalaya, Gopinathpur, has filed this writ application praying for a direction to the oppo
site parties to release monthly remuneration at the rate of Rs.4,500/- instead of Rs.3,200/- w
ith effect from 1.4.2013 and the differential arrears within a stipulated time.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a repr
esentation to the Collector-cum-Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ganjam, opposite party no.1
, vide Annexure-4, highlighting the grievance. But then no decision has been taken.

 In view of the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of th
e writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to dispose of the representation, vide Annexure-
4, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the orde
r in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on th
e merits of the case.
