 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
 The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the Man
aging Director, Odisha Forest Development Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar not to transfer him
 from Bhanjanagar to Bhawanipatna.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the peti
tioner to file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, Odisha Forest Development
 Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar ventilating his grievance within a period of seven days from
 today. He prays that till disposal of the representation, the order of transfer may not be gi
ven effect to.

 In view of the same, this Court disposes of the writ petition with an observat
ion that if the petitioner files a representation before the Managing Director, Odisha Forest
Development Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar ventilating his grievance along with a photostat
copy of the order dated 27.3.2014 passed in WP(C) No.2423 of 2014 within a period of seven day
s from today, the Managing Director, Odisha Forest Development Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswa
r shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till disposal of the rep
resentation, the petitioner shall not be transferred from the present place of posting.
