This misc. case has been filed by the opposite party no.3 for modification of the orde
r dated 11.3.2016 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.20928 of 2015.
Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the opposite party no.3, submits that the matte
r was remitted back to the Tahasildar, Aul for de novo enquiry and the Tahasildar was directed
to conclude the hearing of the case within three months. He further submits that the Tahasild
ar may be directed to decide the matter on merit.
Since the matter has been remitted back to the Tahasildar, this misc. case is
disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Aul to conclude the hearing of the case and pa
ss necessary order in accordance with law within a period of one month from today without bein
g influenced the earlier order passed by this Court.
