 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.
 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that, during rotational reservation of seats
 for the ensuing Grama Panchayat Election, the office of Sarpanch, Jirabadi Grama Panchayat un
der Jagannath Prasad Block in the district of Ganjam has been reserved for S.C. (Women) catego
ry, though the same should have been kept open for U.R. (Unreserved) category.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submission and without going into the merit
of the case or claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petiti
oner to file a detailed representation along with the certified copy of this order and a copy
of the writ petition containing all the Annexures before the Collector, Ganjam (opp. party no.
2). Learned Collector, Ganjam shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within fo
ur weeks from the date of its filing, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with the Oriss
a Grama Panchayat Act and other relevant provisions. If necessary, opportunity of hearing be a
fforded to all the parties concerned.
 The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
