24.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the action of the appropri
ate authority in not including the village of the petitioners in Gopabandhu Gramin Yojana. In
this regard the petitioners are stated to have filed representation before the Collector, Nua
pada vide Annexure-2, which is still pending.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioners and without going
into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Nuapad
a (opposite party no.2) to dispose of the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-2 to
the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the certified cop
y of this order along with a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures. It is ma
de clear that, if the village of the petitioners is entitled to be included in the Gopabandhu
Gramin Yojana, the same be included in the said Yojana without any further hassles for the pet
itioners.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
