 The petitioner is an A Class Contractor working under Mukhiguda Project. It is
 submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, as the Quarters of Upper Indravati Irri
gation Project are lying vacant, the Opp. Parties are allotting such Quarters to private indiv
iduals engaged in Mukhiguda Project for up-keeping of the Quarters. It is further submitted th
at the persons similarly situated with the petitioner, have been allotted Quarters and two Qua
rters are still lying vacant. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the peti
tioner has applied for allotment of Quarters since 2006, but his application has not yet been
considered.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions and without going into mer
it of the case, this writ application is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file a fresh
 application for allotment of Quarters before the Chief Construction Engineer, Upper Indravati
 Irrigation Project, Mukhiguda, (Opp. Party No.2) within 15 days from today. If such an applic
ation is filed, the Opp. Party No.2 shall examine about the entitlement of the petitioner and
do the needful to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the da
te of receipt of

 a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ application containing al
l the Annexures.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
