 Heard Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Panda, learned A
dditional Government Advocate for the State.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to B.P.L. c
ategory. She was selected in the Palli Sabha held in the village for construction of a house u
nder the Prime Minister Awas Youjna. Thereafter his name was recommended to the Block Developm
ent Officer, Bolagarh Block, Khurda, opposite party no.2, but till yet no decision has been ta
ken. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that liberty may be granted to the pe
titioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 ventilating his grievan
ce.

 Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ petit
ion is disposed of with observation that in the event the petitioner files a representation be
fore opposite party no.2 within a period of fifteen days from today, opposite party no.2 shall
 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a peri
od of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In the event, op
posite party no.2 comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is entitled to a house under Prime
 Minister Awas Youjna, then necessary fund be provided for construction of a house.
