dditional Government Advocate.

 During the rotational reservation of seats for the ensuing Panchayat Samiti El
ection, the office of the Panchayat Samiti Member of Pradhanpara Grama Panchayat under Bonth B
lock in the district of Bhadrak has been opened for Un-reserved Category.

 The petitioner wants that, according to the guidelines and the relevant rules,
 the same office should have been kept reserved for Un-reserved (Women) category.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submission and without going into meri
t of the case or claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the peti
tioner to file a detailed representation along with a certified copy of this order and copy of
 the writ petition containing all the Annexures before the Collector, Bhadrak (Opp. Party No.2
) and Opp. Party No.2 is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner wit
hin four weeks from the date of its filing, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with Pan
chayat Samiti Act along with other relevant Provisions. If necessary, opportunity of hearing b
e afforded to all the parties concerned.

 The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
