04. 27.10.2016 Heard.
The petitioner is a villager of Village Lahadi, which is under Urladani Grama
Panchayat. The Headquarters of the Grama Panchayat is situated at a distance of about 16 K.Ms.
from the Village of the petitioner. On bifurcation of Urladani Grama Panchayat, a new Grama
Panchayat named Lubergad was created by-passing the recommendation of the Collector vide Anne
xure 3 for creation of Lahadi Grama Panchayat along with contiguous villages, which are at di
stant places from the Headquarters of both the aforesaid Grama Panchayats.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction that the pe
titioner shall file a detailed representation along with a certified copy of this order and a
copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures before the learned Commissioner-cum-
Secretary to the Government in Panchayati Raj Deptt. within 15 days from today.
Learned Commissioner-cum-Secretary, P.R. Department is directed to consider th
e grievance of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy o
f this order. If necessary, the petitioner and other concerned parties may be given opportunit
y of
hearing in the matter and a reasoned order in consonance with the guidelines of the Go
vt. be passed by Commissioner-cum-Secretary, P.R. Department.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.Interim Order passed earlier stands vacated.Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.C.R. Dash, J. Subha
