Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
From perusal of the averments made in this petition, this Court finds this writ petiti
on is not maintainable at this stage as the petitioner has remedy of either approaching the Ci
vil Court for injunction or filing an appeal challenging the impugned notices under Annexures-
2 & 3 to this petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
In view of dismissal of this petition, all the pending Misc. Cases arising out of this
petition stand dismissed accordingly.
