Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Court dis
poses of this petition with a direction to the Estate Officer, General Administration Departme
nt-opposite party No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take a
final decision thereon as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months f
rom the date of communication of this order giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties c
oncerned. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner has not been evicted from t
he disputed property in the meantime, he would not be evicted from the disputed property till
a decision is taken in the matter.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the opposite party No.2 within a period of ten days from today
for his proceeding in the matter.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
