CONTC NO.1038 OF 201521.9.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the direction given by this Cou
rt vide order dated 24.3.2014 in W.P.(C) No.24833 of 2013, the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar has not
yet disposed of the Lease Misc. Case No.23 of 2013 and the opposite party is in a clear conte
mpt.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court instead of keeping this mat
ter pending and directing to file show cause by the opposite party, dispose of the contempt pr
oceeding with a direction that in the event the Lease Misc. Case No.23 of 2013 has not been di
sposed of by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar as on date, the same shall be disposed of within a p
eriod of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, failing compliance of this Co
urts order shall entail with a suo motu contempt proceeding.
The petitioner is directed to serve a certified copy of this order on the Tahasilda
r, Bhubaneswar. Issue urgent certified copy.
Let a free copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the State for
onward communication to the concerned authority.
