Though this matter is listed under the heading Fresh Admission, the same is taken up for final
disposal with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.
The limited grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that the Tahasildar, Vyasanag
ar-opposite party No.2 is not accepting the rent from the petitioner in respect of the land of
Mouza Chandama having Hal Khata No.-771/611 and hal plot No.271/3115 measuring of an area Ac.
0.04 dec and Plot No.272/3116 of area Ac. 0.02 dec in toto Ac. 0.06 dec for the year 2011-201
2, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2015, 2016-2017 without any rhyme or reason.
Regard being heard to the limited grievance of the petitioner and without expressing a
ny opinion on the merit of the case or claim of the petitioner over the land in question, this
writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar-opposite part
y No.2 shall accept rent from the petitioner in respect of the land in question without prejud
ice to the rights of the parties or any other person, if the Record of Rights still continues
in the name of the petitioner.
