Considering limited nature of request involved in the writ petition, this Court dispos
es of this writ petition directing the Opp. party No.2-Tahasildar, Kantapada to complete the p
rocess of eviction in Encroachment Case No.40 of 2015-16 evicting the Opp. party No.3 from the
government land after considering the submissions of all concerned parties within a period of
four months from the date of communication of this order.
Petitioner is directed to produce the certified copy of this order before the Tahasild
ar, Kantapada for his proceeding in the matter.
Writ petition stands disposed of with the direction made hereinabove.
