5.2.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Muduli, learned Additional Standing
Counsel for the State.
In this writ application, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the opposite
parties to dispose of the representation filed by them under Annexure-3 Series within a stipul
ated period. In the alternative, the petitioners have prayed to conduct an instant examination
/supplementary examination for qualifying them within a stipulated period.
During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that highlightin
g all their grievances, though the petitioners have filed representations on 20.08.2015 under
Annexure-3 Series before opposite party no.3, but till date, nothing has been done in the matt
er. Accordingly, he prays that a direction may be given to opposite party no.3 to dispose of t
he representations dated 20.08.2015 under Annexure-3 Series within a stipulated time.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite party no.3 to dispose of the representation dated 20.08.2
015 filed by the petitioners under Annexure-3 Series by passing a reasoned order in accordance
with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this
order. This Court further directs the petitioners to submit copy of representation dated 20.8.
2015 under Annexure-3 Series while submitting certified copy of this order before opposite par
ty no.3 in order to expedite disposal of the representations.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
