The petitioner is stated to have filed an application under the Miscellaneous
Certificate Rules before the Tahasildar, Bhadrak for issuance of Caste Certificate.
It is asserted that such Caste Certificate has already been issued in favour o
f elder brother of the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar
, Bhadrak Opp. Party No.3 to dispose of the application of the petitioner within three months
from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ applic
ation containing all the annexures.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
