 The petitioner is stated to have issued with the work order pursuant to the de
cision taken in the Palli Sabha. For supervision of construction, the concerned B.D.O. is requ
ired to depute an Assistant Engineer to the work site. But it is alleged that, no Assistant En
gineer has yet been deputed by the concerned B.D.O. and the work executed by the petitioner ha
s unnecessarily been delayed.

 In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide A
nnexure- 3 before the B.D.O., Gop Block- Opp. Party No.3.

 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of directing the B.D.O., Go
p Block- Opp. Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 3 w
ithin four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of
 the writ application containing all the annexures.

 It is made clear that, if the delay has been caused for the lapses on the part
 of the B.D.O. concerned, the petitioner shall not be penalized for such delay and the period
for completion of the work

 may be extended, if there is no other legal impediment.

 The interim order passed by this Court shall be in effect till disposal of the
 representation vide Annexure- 3 by the B.D.O. concerned.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
