 The petitioner is stated to be in urgent need of assistance from the State for
 construction of a house under Indira Awas Yojana (IAY). Money for the same is stated to have
been sanctioned by the concerned B.D.O, vide Annexure-4, dated 30.09.2014, vide Work Order No.
 841. However, for some technical difficulty, money is not being paid to the petitioner for co
nstruction of the house, and the petitioner being an old widow is suffering harassment.

 The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation, vide Annexure-5 befor
e the Block Development Officer, Odapada (Opposite Party No.3) in this regard and the same is
stated to be pending.

 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without
going into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Block Develo
pment Officer, Odapada (Opposite Party No.3) to dispose of the representation of the petitione
r, vide Annexure-5 to the writ petition in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date
 of receipt of the certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition contai
ning all the Annexures. If there is no legal impediment, the money claimed be sanction
ed in favour of the petitioner.
