e petitioner.
In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for a direc
tion to opposite party to dispose of O.A. No.3475(C) of 2013 pending before the Odisha Adminis
trative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack at an early date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we refrain from e
xercising writ jurisdiction over this matter. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to
file an appropriate application before the Tribunal for early disposal of the original applic
ation. In the event, such an application is filed, the Tribunal shall do well to consider the
same strictly in accordance with law and dispose of the same at an early date.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
