In the present writ application, prayer has been made for direction to the Tri
bunal for early disposal of O.A. No.916 of 2014 pending before it.
Considering the limited nature of the prayer, we direct the petitioner to file
a petition for early hearing of the aforesaid matter before the Tribunal along with the certi
fied copy of this order, who on receipt of the same shall consider and dispose of expeditiousl
y in accordance with law.
The writ application is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
