ed Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for modification of the interim or
der dated 22.6.2016 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No.1735(C) of 2016 for staying oper
ation of the order of termination so that he can continue in service till disposal of the said
Original Application.
Upon query by this Court, Mr. Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that t
he relevant Original Application has already been placed for final disposal along with other s
imilar matters.
In such view of the matter, we direct the Tribunal to dispose of O.A. No.1735(C) of 20
16 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
