17.8.2016 Perused the report of the S.D.J.M. in-charge, Bhubaneswar, wherein it is indicated that in G.R. Case No.14 of 2006 which has already been quashed on 22.11.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner also files a memo to not press the transfer petition.
