5. 13.08.2016 This matter is placed in the National Lok Adalat.
Learned counsel for the appellants, Officers of the Insurance Company and the
learned counsel for the respondent No.1 are present.
It is agreed upon between the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs
.80,000/- (Rupees eighty thousand) over and above the awarded amount shall be paid by the Insu
rance Company to the claimant. It is further directed that the respondent-Insurance Company shall deposit the
agreed amount Rs.80,000/- within a period of two months from today.
The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
Free copies of this order be handed over to the learned counsels for both the
sides.
