17.8.2016 The petitioner has challenged the F.I.R. and the continuance of Criminal Proce
eding in G.R. Case No.920 of 2001 which arises Keonjhar P.S. Case No. 269 of 2001 pending in t
he Court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar.
As it appears, in the meantime on completion of investigation, charge sheet ha
s already been submitted on 24.5.2003 for the offences under sections 498-A/306/304-B/34 of th
e Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act and the learned Magistrate vide order dated
19.6.2003 has also taken cognizance of such offences.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal
Misc.Case in order to challenge the relevant order.
Accordingly, the Criminal Misc.Case is disposed of as withdrawn.
