4. 13.08.2016 This matter is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite partie
s-Bank are present.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties-Bank in presen
ce of the Officers of the Bank that account of the petitioner has been closed after necessary
payment. To that effect, he has filed statement of the bank which is taken on record.
In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Bank, the writ
petition is disposed of.
