etition. Mr. Rao, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.5 submitted that in the mea
nwhile the Circular has been revised and the criterias have been changed.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission this Court feels that by efflux of time the Writ P
etition has become infructuous.

The same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
