tate.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.2181 of 2015 on t
he file of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack, registered under Sections 379/411/34, I.P.C.
It has been alleged that the petitioner allegedly purchased a
stolen mobile set from one Ananta. It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about
the alleged theft of the mobile set and he is in custody since 20.03.2016.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it
is directed that the petitioner be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees t
en thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.(S
), Cuttack, in G.R. Case No.2181 of 2015 with the conditions that he shall not involve himself
in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when
required for the purpose of investigation.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
