11.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are accused in G.R Case No.740 of 2015 pending on the file of
learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote registered under Sections 143/342/186/506/149, I.P.C.
It is submitted that the disturbance took place during distribution of the ration card
amongst the villagers.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of the offences, it is dire
cted that the petitioners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, in the aforesa
id case, shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and pr
oper by the said Court.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
