08.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No. 126 of 2016 on the file of learne
d J.M.F.C., Salipur registered under Sections 379/34 of the I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 28.02.2016 an
d in the meantime allegedly stolen article has already been recovered from his possession.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner does not have any
criminal antecedent.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of the offences, it is directed tha
t the petitioner be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand
) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur wit
h the conditions that he shall not involve himself in any act of the alleged type and shall
appear before the Investigating Officer on the next three Sundays for the purpose of investiga
tion.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
