The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No. 287 of 2016 on the file of learne d S.D.J.M., Baripada registered under Sections 419/332/353/385/506/34 of the I.P.C..It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2016 and has been falsel y implicated by the police due to some personal dispute.Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of the offences, it is directed tha t the petitioner be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand ) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Baripada wi th the condition that he shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required fo r the purpose of investigation. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
